If parcels are lost or stolen, we can reship the parcel or provide you with the full refund for the order or its missing part at our discretion.
If you received an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part – we can replace the wrong item with the correct one or proceed with refund after getting wrong item back to us.
If you decide to cancel the order after receiving it, you have to return the unopened/unused products back to us and we will provide you with a refund for rejected order or its part with deduction of transportation expenses.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the received products you must contact us first, and then return these products to us. We will issue refund for the returned products with deduction of transportation expenses.
